Villa Water Edge 3

Villa Water Edge 3 is a luxury villa for rent, located in a quiet area in the Kalamar District of Kalkan. It has its own pier extending to the beach. There is a private infinity pool at the entrance of the villa and table tennis in the open area. It is only a pier to its own beach. It has a modern and concept design and is decorated with comfortable items. It is a stabilized road 200 meters before reaching the villa.

Kitchen: Fullly equipped and equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), microwave oven, coffee machine, ice machine, electric kettle, pan & pot etc. kitchen equipment and a dinner set for 8 people are available.

Living Room: The comfortable living room with sea and nature views includes a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning and a dining table for 8 people. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace. There is an extra w/c in the living room.
 

1. Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioner in the bedroom. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioner in the room with sea view. There is a private bathroom and toilet.
 

Pool Dimensions: 13 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.65 meters deep.

With its own private beach, Vila Loreenna has sun loungers and a shaded seating area on the pier side.

Note: 

Pool heating fee is 16.500 TL per week.

For stays under 5 nights, a short stay fee of 8.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Water Edge 3  is 20.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
