On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony. The master bedroom offers a spacious terrace-style balcony with panoramic views of Kalamar Bay and the Mouse + Snake Islands.

The fifth bedroom with private bathroom is upstairs and has a large balcony.

The property is tastefully furnished and equipped with exclusive white wooden furniture, solid marble floors, fine lighting and high quality accessories.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is only 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan. Numerous restaurants, cafés and shops are only a few minutes walk away. The popular beaches can be reached after a 10-minute walk.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.
