Villa Voluptas, our unique sea view villa located in the Kalkan İslamlar region, has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 7 people. Our villa is an ideal option for large families and groups of friends. Our villa, which has modern architecture, is decorated with extremely comfortable and modern items. In the garden of our villa, where you can witness the nature and sea views closely, there is a pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, swing, seating corner, dining table and barbecue area. There is also a mini playground for children in the garden of our villa. The bright and spacious living room, with its high ceiling and floor-length windows, has a table football table and a TV where you can have fun. Kitchen: Villa Voluptas's modern and aesthetic American kitchen includes kitchen utensils such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinnerware, pans, pots and cutlery. There is also a foosball game table for two for you to have a pleasant time. In this way, you can prepare your own meals and set up pleasant meals with your family and friends during your holiday.

Living Room: The living room of Villa Voluptas has a colorful and comfortable design and has amenities such as a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet. This area has been carefully thought out so that guests can relax and have a pleasant time.

NOTE: For rentals under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3,000 TL is requested.

Pool heating fee is 1,000 TL extra per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Voluptas is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during the use period. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
