Villa Vizyon is located in Kalkan Akbel Region. The villa, which has 2 bedrooms with a nature view, has an accommodation capacity of 4 people, is decorated with modern colors. At the same time, there is a movie theater, sauna, Turkish bath and 2 swings, table football, table tennis on the garden and pool terrace. , trampoline, darts, sandbag, mini basketball hoop, badminton and backgammon are available. It is an ideal option for honeymooners and nuclear families.

Kitchen : In the kitchen of the villa; There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, dinner set for 4 people.

Living Room : The living room of Villa Vizyon includes a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, internet, satellite receiver, dining table, coffee table.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3.5 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.30 meters deep.

NOTE:

A short stay fee of 2000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

From October 1 to May 31, the pool heating fee is included in the weekly rate.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Vizyon is 1.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
