Villa Vivaldi, Our villa with nature view, located in Kalkan Çavdır Region, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. In the sheltered garden of our villa, there is a pool, chaise lounge corner, dining table. You can have a peaceful holiday with your loved ones in our villa with fresh air. There is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms, which is decorated for your comfort with modern furnishings. Villa Vivaldi is sheltered, making it suitable for conservative families and honeymooners.

Kitchen : It has a fully equipped modern American kitchen. In this modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room : In the living room decorated with comfortable furniture, there is a comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player in the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet .

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Vivaldi is 3.000  TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
