Villa Vip

Villa Vip is located in Villa Vip Kalkan Sarıbelen Region, far from the noise of the city, with nature views. Our villa is a sheltered villa with 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 5 people. Thanks to its shelter, conservative families can easily stay. There is a pool, sun loungers, swing, sitting corner, dining table and barbecue in the garden of our villa with a nature view. In addition, there is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms of our modern villa, which has been designed with your comfort and all your needs in mind. You can rent Villa Vip for a pleasant and quiet holiday with your loved ones.

Kitchen :  The American kitchen, designed in a way that resembles the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, dinnerware, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  The living room with a bright and spacious nature view includes a comfortable and luxurious sitting group, TV, TV unit, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. 

3. Bedroom : There is 1 single bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. 

Pool Dimensions : 13 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.65 meters deep.

Heated Pool Dimensions : 8 meters X 3 meters wide, 50 CM deep.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 5.000 TL is required.

Upon request, a daily pool heating fee of 1.300 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Vip is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
