Villa Victoria

Villa Victoria is a villa in Kalkan, Kördere Region with a wonderful view that puts the stunning nature and sea view under your feet. Having 2 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate 4 people. It has taken its place in our portfolio as one of the ideal options for honeymooners, nuclear families and small groups of friends.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle (kettle), dining table and chairs, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. equipment.

Living Room: There is a seating group, coffee table, TV, air conditioner, satellite receiver, Wi-Fi and WC.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, WC & bathroom and balcony.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, WC & bathroom and balcony.

Pool Dimensions : Width - 4 m | Length - 12 m | Depth - 1.55 cm

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden sitting group, outdoor shower, dining table and chairs.

NOTE : For a stay of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.500 TL is requested.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Victoria is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and 10:00 in the morning in each of our villas. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
