Villa Vanessa is located 400 meters from the sea and offers an incomparable view of the bay of Kalkan and the sea. Each room in Villa Vanessa has sea views, a balcony and a bathroom with toilet. The spacious swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi invite you to spend unforgettable moments in your holiday. Close to Villa Vanessa you will find a restaurant, the beach and a shop for your daily errands. 

Villa Vanessa is one of our luxurious five bedroom residences with capacity for up to 10 people. Our villa with large swimming pool, whirlpool and children’s pool is suitable for large families and groups of friends alike.

Kitchen: Fully equipped modern American kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster etc...

Living room: The living area of our property has sea views and is modern and tastefully furnished. Our lounge has a suite, TV, DVD, air conditioning, fireplace and guest toilet.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 7.500  TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 15.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 15:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
