Villa Vals Üzümlü

Villa Vals Üzümlü is a 2-bedroom villa with an accommodation capacity of 4 people, located in the Üzümlü region of Kalkan, surrounded by olive trees. In the garden of our villa, which is sheltered with high walls, there is a pool, sun loungers, a sitting corner, a barbecue area and a dining table. You can easily swim and sunbathe in a secluded environment.

Both bedrooms at Villa Vals Üzümlü have a double bed and a relaxing jacuzzi. With its sheltered structure, the villa is ideal especially for conservative nuclear families and honeymoon couples. Thanks to its location, you can have a peaceful and relaxing experience throughout your holiday and relieve all your tiredness.

For larger groups, it is also possible to rent it together with its adjacent villa, Villa Vals Üzümlü Duo. In this way, large groups can have a pleasant holiday by staying in the same area.

Kitchen : There is a modern American kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 6 people, spoon and fork set and glasses. There is a dining table and a seating area for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink and there is an exit to the poolside. The living room is on the pool floor.

NOTE: For reservations of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 1.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: For Villa Vals Üzümlü, a damage deposit of 3.000 TL is taken before the entrance. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 1.000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each of our villas as of 16:00 at noon. Our guests who are going to check out should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the departure of our current guest. From the check-out at 10:00 to the new entrance to be made at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. We kindly ask you to consider this when purchasing your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land and with their own vehicles, location transfer and directions are requested by us.
