Villa Ural is a beautifully designed villa located in the peaceful Üzümlü area of Kalkan, offering 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is the perfect retreat for honeymoon couples and small families seeking a romantic and tranquil holiday.

With its elegant and modern décor, the villa features a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms and is fully equipped to provide you with a comfortable stay. The harmony of nature and sea views offers a serene backdrop for your mornings – enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your balcony.

Cuisine : In modern American cuisine; There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner cooker, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, and knives.

Living Room: There is a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Ural is 3.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
