Villa Unlimited Extra is an elegant 6-room luxury villa with a spacious infinity pool and an impressive panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The exclusive villa is located on a beautiful hillside property. The lodge is quiet and yet close to the village. It is idyllically situated on a large plot. This generously designed villa offers space for up to 12 people.

You can reach the harbour and the old town in 15 minutes by foot.

In the ground floor there are living and dining area which impresses above all by its spaciousness. The comfortable lounge area invites you to relax and unwind. The five King-Size bedrooms and one large double room all have their own balcony with a spectacular view of the sea.

The outdoor area is furnished with comfortable furniture. 2 pergolas provide shade here, especially in the hot season. 

The villa also has a second indoor swimming pool on the top floor.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony with sea view and Kalkan.

Bedroom 4: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony overlooking the sea and Kalkan.

Bedroom 5: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, terrace with sea views & jacuzzi and views of Kalkan, 

Bedroom 6: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony with sea view and Kalkan.

The kitchen is very high quality and fully equipped. There is also a large laundry room with ironing facilities.

NOTE: The indoor or outdoor pool can be heated upon request. Weekly wage is 350 GBP

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of £ 250 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
