Villa Unique Voyage, a sheltered honeymoon villa with stone architecture in Kalkan Patara Mansion Area, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. In the large garden of Villa Unique Voyage, there is a pool, sun loungers, sitting corner, dining table, barbecue, swing and table. includes tennis. There is a jacuzzi in the villa designed with wooden and stone architectural harmony. Our couples who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the noise of the city, accompanied by magnificent nature and sea views, can choose Villa Unique Voyage with peace of mind.

Kitchen : The fully designed American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  The modern living room, designed with wooden and stone architecture, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioner, and jacuzzi. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Note : For rentals shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Unique Voyage is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
