Located approximately 2 km from the beach, Villa Twins Akbel 2 is also within easy reach of cafés, restaurants, and markets. For larger groups, the neighboring Villa Twins Akbel 1 can also be rented together, making it a flexible and ideal option for group holidays in Kalkan.

Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 6 people, spoon and fork set and glasses. There is a dining table and seating for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, seating group, iron and ironing board, sink and exit to the poolside. The lounge is on the pool floor.
 

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, jacuzzi and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.
 

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 4.5 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE: For reservations shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 24.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Twins Akbel 2 is 8,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
