Villa Tuzla

Villa Tuzla is a conservative rental villa located in Kalkan Patara Region. It is located in nature and offers the opportunity to be a suitable choice for crowded families and groups of friends. There is a sauna in the 3 bedroom Villa Tuzla. It has a large, sheltered pool and garden terrace, and its construction was completed in 2020.

Kitchen: In the spacious and bright American kitchen, there are refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking sets, kitchen equipment.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, air conditioning, TV unit, TV, dining table and chair, exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, jacuzzi, WC / bathroom.

A short stay fee of 1500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Tuzla is 2500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
