Built in 2019, the villa features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a cozy corner to enjoy a book, a dining area, and a jacuzzi in one of the stylishly designed bedrooms. The villa is fully secluded, ideal for conservative guests, and is regularly maintained with professional cleaning and pest control services.

Kitchen: American Kitchen, Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, 4-burner (built-in), Microwave Oven, Electric Kettle, Frying Pan & Cooker etc. Kitchen Equipments, Dinner Set for 8 people.

Living Room: Nature View, Seating Group, Satellite TV (LCD), Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning, Dining Table for 4 People, WC & Sink Pool, Pool Terrace Exit.

1. Bedroom: Double bed, Bedside table, Air conditioning,, Jacuzzi, Bathroom and toilet. Exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. Exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: Width: 7 m Length: 3 m

NOTE :  A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is requested for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of TL 5.000 is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 5.000 TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out: New villas can check-in at 16:00 as of noon. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service is not available. The nearest airport for our guests coming by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will arrive by land and their own vehicles, we can send you location and directions if requested.
