Located in Kördere, one of the popular areas of Kalkan, Villa Tulip is an ideal holiday villa for large families and groups of friends with its luxurious and spacious structure offering accommodation capacity for 8 people with its 4 bedrooms. Our villa makes every moment unforgettable with its location overlooking Kalkan’s unique panoramic sea and nature view.

There is a stylish and spacious open-plan kitchen-living room on the ground floor; there is also a double bedroom and an open kitchen-living room area on the attic floor, which is accessed by an independent staircase from the side of the villa. This structure provides extra comfort for groups who want to holiday together but look for separate living spaces.

A jacuzzi in one of the rooms awaits you to relieve the tiredness of the day. In the outdoor area, there are social areas where you can have a pleasant time such as a private swimming pool, seating area, garden swing, table tennis and barbecue area.

With its peaceful atmosphere intertwined with nature, modern design and magnificent view, Villa Tulip is a great option for a comfortable and fun holiday with your loved ones.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious American kitchen of Villa Toscana, dominated by white, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The lounge, decorated with modern furniture, has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 6.10 meters x 5.15 meters wide, 0.90-1.65 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 8,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Tulip is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
