Kitchen: The fully equipped, stylish, wooden, modern American-style kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stove, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The spacious and modern living room features a comfortable seating area, dining table, and TV. The living room accesses the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 8 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4 meters x 2.5 meters, 1.20 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Our villa is open 12 months a year. The indoor pool in our villa is available upon request, and is operated for 2.000 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Troy is 10,000 TL. This amount will be collected before your arrival and returned to you upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants can provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
