Villa Titanic

Villa Titanic is a 5-bedroom, 10-person capacity, panoramic sea view holiday villa located in Kalkan Kördere. Offering the opportunity to start the day with a magnificent sea view from each bedroom, the villa offers luxury and comfort together. There is an American kitchen and a large living room inside the villa, and all rooms open to private terraces with sea views. Villa Titanic is also a suitable option for conservative families thanks to its completely sheltered pool area. There are entertainment facilities such as table tennis, billiards, table football and swings on the pool terrace that will allow you to have a pleasant time. There is also an extra small pool with hydromassage system in the outdoor pool. Villa Titanic, which also has a jacuzzi, is an ideal holiday destination especially for large families and groups of friends. It offers an unforgettable holiday experience with its wide indoor and outdoor facilities, unique sea view and peaceful atmosphere.

Kitchen: Our villa has a wooden architecture and a complete design and the American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The bright and spacious wooden architectural living room with floor-to-ceiling windows has a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 4: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 5: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9.5 meters x 4.5 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 4.4 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.10 meters deep.

NOTE: For rentals under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 7,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Titanic is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your entry to the villa and is returned when you leave the villa. According to the terms of the deposit refund, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
