Villa Tiny Woo is a cute villa located in Kalkan Akbel region, attracting attention with its wooden design features. This 1-bedroom villa, which has an accommodation capacity of 2 people, is an ideal option especially for honeymoon couples and families of 2 people. Located in a quiet and peaceful location, away from the chaos of the city, this villa with its excellent sea view has been designed taking into account all the needs of our valued guests. There is a seating area, jacuzzi, swing, barbecue and sun loungers on the terrace.

• Between April 1st and November 30th, breakfast is free at the facility, if a shuttle service is requested to the villa, it is an extra 750 TL.

• All Tiny Villas are sheltered.

1 Pet is allowed, the fee is 2,000 TL.

Kitchen : Villa Tiny Woo’s kitchen is a fully equipped American kitchen. This kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday. In addition to basic kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and kettle, there are also dinnerware and cooking tools. Villa Tiny Woo’s kitchen offers an ideal space for you, our guests, to enjoy preparing your own delicious meals. Villa Tiny Woo allows you to experience the most enjoyable moments of your holiday by offering you everything you may need in the kitchen.

Living Room: The modern living room, dominated by wooden architecture, has a comfortable seating area where you can relieve the tiredness of the day, a television where you can watch your favorite programs, and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Tiny Woo is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 14.00 noon and the check-out time is 12.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 14.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
