Villa Tiny Moti is a charming villa located in Kalkan Akbel region, which attracts attention with its wooden and ethnic design features. This 1-bedroom and 2-person villa is an ideal option especially for honeymooners. Our villa, located in a peaceful location away from the noise of the city and offering a fascinating sea view, has been designed considering all the needs of our valued guests.

• Minimum stay in Tiny Villas is 3 nights

• From 1 May to 31 October, breakfast is free at the property, if a shuttle service to the villa is requested, it costs an extra 600 TL.

• All Tiny Villas are sheltered.

1 Pet is accepted and the fee is 1500 TL.

Kitchen : There are refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dinnerware and cooking utensils in the fully equipped American kitchen. You can prepare your meals with pleasure in Villa Riny Mia's kitchen.

Living Room : The modern living room, dominated by wooden architecture, includes a comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, TV, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 10 meters X 3 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Tiny Moti is 3000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 14.00 at noon and check-out time as 12.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 14.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
