Villa Tilya, Located in Kalkan Kördere Region, our villa with magnificent nature views has an accommodation capacity of 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. Our villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends. There is a large pool in the garden of our villa, a dining table and a sitting corner where you can enjoy your meals accompanied by the view. At the same time, there is a sitting room and a jacuzzi on the terrace where you can watch the magnificent view.

Kitchen : Fully equipped and modern American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stove, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :   Breathtaking landscapes, the living room has a comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning, internet and dining table. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 11 meters X 4 meters, its depth is 1.55 meters.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 Meters X 2.5 Meters, depth is 0.95 Meters.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Tilya is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
