Villa Tiger is defined as a new and luxurious villa located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, attracting attention with its modern architecture and uninterrupted sea and nature views. Aiming to offer its guests a peaceful and serene holiday experience intertwined with nature, this villa stands out with its specially designed garden, shallow area in the pool (which can also be used as a children's pool), outdoor jacuzzi and water curtain. In addition, facilities such as table tennis, hammock and barbecue are offered to the guests to have fun.

Villa Tiger offers an environment where guests can feel safe, equipped with security measures such as high stone walls, large iron entrance gate and alarm system. This villa, which is suitable for large families or groups with four bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of eight people, has a dining table, garden set and swing where you can have meals with a view by the pool. There are facilities within the villa such as a treadmill, table football and jacuzzi that will increase your comfort.

Promising a luxurious holiday with both its architecture and the facilities offered, Villa Tiger is seen as an ideal option for those who are looking for nature and sea views and want to have a peaceful and safe holiday. Having a generator to be prepared against power outages is an indication that this villa has considered possible needs in advance and all kinds of comfort are provided.

Kitchen: The American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), kitchen equipment, dinner set for 8 people.

Living Room: The living room with sea and nature view has a sofa set, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning and a dining table for 8 people. Exit from the saloon to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet are for common use.

Pool Dimensions: 15 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is requested for accommodation of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Tiger is 7.500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
