Villa Therapy Aqua is a private rental villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people, located in the peaceful Kördere region of Kalkan. Our villa, which has a modern and comfortable interior design, has been carefully prepared for our guests to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday.

The pool and terrace of the villa are sheltered and offer an ideal environment for conservative families and honeymooners looking for privacy. One of the features that combine luxury and relaxation is the jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms.

For those who want to have an unforgettable holiday experience accompanied by the natural beauties and calm atmosphere of Kördere, Villa Therapy Aqua offers an accommodation opportunity where privacy and peace are at the forefront. In this special villa, you will find yourself enjoying a private and peaceful holiday surrounded by nature.

Kitchen: Our modern and fully equipped villa’s American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a view where you can have peaceful and fun times with your loved ones has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Therapy Aqua is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before your arrival at the villa and is returned when you leave the villa. According to the terms of the refund of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
