Kitchen: The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: Villa Tek’s living room is very bright and spacious thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. It features comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: Contains two single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: Contains one double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, and a bathroom with toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3.5 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Tek is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be refunded to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
