Villa Tecir 1

Villa Tecir 1 is one of our luxury villas with a modern structure, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi located in the Patara region of Kalkan. It has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people. The pool inside is one of the sheltered pools and is not visible from the outside. For this reason, it is a villa for our large conservative families.

Living Room : In the living room where you can sit comfortably, there is a seating group, television, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, air conditioner, dining table for 4 people and chairs.

Cuisine : American cuisine with a modern structure is available. This modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, built-in oven set, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots and glasses.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, a wardrobe, TV, air conditioner and nightstand in the room. There is a private bathroom, toilet and jacuzzi.

2. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, a wardrobe, TV, air conditioner and bedside table in the room. There is a private bathroom, toilet and jacuzzi.

3. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, TV, air conditioner and nightstand in the room. Private bathroom, toilet and available.

Pool Dimensions : It is 10 meters X 3.60 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions : It is 5 meters X 2.50 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required.

Indoor Pool Heating Fee is 1.000 TL per day

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Tecir 1 is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
