Villa Tavas Deluxe Duo

Villa Tavas Deluxe Duo, our villa with stone architecture and nature view, located in Kalkan Yalı Region, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Since our villa is sheltered, it is ideal for conservative families and honeymooners. There is a pool, sun loungers, hammock, sitting corner, dining table and barbecue in the sheltered garden of our villa, which is far from the city noise and has clean air. There is also a jacuzzi in two of the bedrooms of our villa with a modern design.

Kitchen : In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : There is a comfortable sitting group, TV, air conditioner in the bright and spacious living room. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, hair dryer, television, air conditioner, jacuzzi. The room has a bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : 2 single beds in the room, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, hair dryer, television, air conditioner, jacuzzi. The room has a bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 9.5 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions : 4 meters X 2.5 meters wide, 0.30 meters deep.

Note : For rentals shorter than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1.700 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Tavas Deluxe Duo is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
