Villa Tarus is a spacious and modern holiday villa located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a sea-view living room, a private swimming pool, and a large sunbathing terrace. Some bedrooms are equipped with jacuzzis for added luxury. The villa’s design includes separate entrances for the upper and lower floors, and the ground floor bedroom and lounge have direct access to the pool terrace, offering both privacy and convenience.

Located just 1 km from Kalkan center and 2 km from the beach, the villa is also within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Kitchen: It has a fully equipped modern American kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: Features a spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room includes a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Contains a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: Contains a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 3: Contains a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and a shared bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 4: Contains a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and a shared bathroom with toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 7.000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Tarus is 5.000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for our new guests to check in at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
