Located in the Üzümlü region of Kalkan, Villa Tan is a beautifully designed holiday villa with 3 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests — perfect for families or groups of friends.

With its private and secluded pool area, children’s pool, and spacious garden, the villa offers a peaceful and relaxing escape.
Built with a charming blend of stone and wood architecture, Villa Tan features a heated indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, ensuring a luxurious holiday experience.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and stylishly furnished bedrooms — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Kitchen: This fully equipped, modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: A spacious living room with a view is designed for your comfort. This spacious living room features a luxury seating area, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, bathtub, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 14 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 6.5 meters x 2.8 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 2.4 meters x 2.4 meters wide, 0.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5.000  TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Any request for an indoor heated pool will incur an additional 1500 TL per day. Pool heating requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to check-in.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Tan is 5000 TL. This fee will be collected before check-in and will be refunded upon check-out. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests who prefer to travel by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants can provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
