Villa Talya is a luxury rental villa with sea view located in Kalkan Patara Region. The villa, which has 2 bedrooms, has a jacuzzi in the master bathroom of one room. It is also ideal for honeymoon couples with its pool with summer and winter heating facilities. Our villa, which is intertwined with nature in the Patara region, is especially preferred by those who want to spend a holiday away from the crowd. It is suitable for conservative families with its sheltered concept. The private swimming pool of the villa has views of Patara beach and Lycian Ancient City.

Kitchen: The American-style open kitchen, dominated by wooden architecture, includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, 4-cooker set, dining table and kitchenware for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room, which has an exit to the pool terrace, has a seating group, TV, internet, satellite, sofa set and coffee table.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and washbasin.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and sink.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 8.5 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Garden : In the garden of the villa there is a private swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, 4-person dining table, barbecue and parasol.

Note: There is a short stay fee of 2.500TL for stays of less than 7 nights.

The last 4 km of the road leading to our villa is stabilized.

Pool heating fee is 7000 TL per week.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Talya is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
