Villa Talia is a private and secluded holiday villa located in the beautiful Çukurbağ region of Kaş. With two bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests, the villa is especially suitable for conservative families and honeymoon couples seeking privacy and tranquility. It offers a peaceful escape for those wishing to relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The fully secluded garden allows guests to enjoy their holiday in complete privacy. The outdoor area features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a swing, a dining table, and a barbecue area, providing a comfortable and enjoyable space to relax and spend quality time with loved ones.

One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, adding an extra level of comfort and relaxation to your stay. Surrounded by nature and designed with modern amenities, Villa Talia offers a serene and memorable holiday experience in Kaş.

Kitchen :  The bright and spacious modern designed American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  There is a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioner in the living room. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Talia is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information : Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned and delivered in detail.

Transportation : Our villas are located far from the city center, in a structure intertwined with nature. In this situation, unfortunately, public transportation service support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to support our guests who want to transfer or rent a car. For our guests who will prefer the airline, the closest airport to the location of our villas is the Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
