Villa Tale

Villa Tale is a 1 bedroom 2 person villa located in Kalkan Ulugöl Village. Our villa is located in the center of Kalkan, in a quiet position in nature. It is designed for honeymoon couples and families of 2 people with its modern and concept design. Our villa has ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi. Our villa has a private swimming pool and a garden terrace.

Hall: There is a seating group, air conditioning, TV, coffee table in the simple design hall. Exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa Tale has a modern American kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery, cookware and pan sets, glasses.

Bedroom 1: Double suite bedroom, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bedside table, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink are available and there is a transition from bedroom to pool terrace.

Pool and Garden: Pool dimensions are 8m x 3.5m depth and 1.50m. The pool terrace has a sheltered private swimming pool in nature, sun loungers, parasols, barbecues and seating areas.

Note:A short stay fee o f 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit price requested for the villa is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is returned upon leaving the villa. There must be no damage, loss, loss or broken property in the villa during use according to the return conditions of the deposit. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on current exchange rates equivalent to the deposit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: The new guest check-in time is 15.00 noon and check-out time is 10.00 in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will prepare the villas carefully for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 15.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer the airline is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests providing transportation by private vehicle.
