Villa Syringa

Villa Syringa is one of our modern villas with 3 bedrooms, 6 people capacity, nature view, located in Kalkan Yeşilköy Region. With its fully equipped design, Villa Syringa includes a pool table, table football and a playground for children. Our villa with a large and spacious terrace offers pleasant moments to its guests. Villa Syringa has a jacuzzi in 2 bedrooms.

Kitchen: Spaceful and modern  American kitchen includes refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, pan & pot etc. kitchen equipment, 6-person dining set.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, wc&sink in the living room with pool view. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.70 meters deep.

Note : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a Short Accommodation fee of 2.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Syringa is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
