Living Room: The bright and airy living room, with its white architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows, features comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen: The modern and stylish American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom with toilet.

Note: A short-stay fee of 7,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Sunshine Kördere is 5,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: For each villa, the check-in time for new guests is 4 PM and the check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
