• The minimum stay in Villa Sunrise is 3 nights

 

• Breakfast is free at the facility between April 1 and October 31, and an additional 750 TL is charged if a shuttle service to the villa is requested.

 

• All Villas are sheltered.

 

1 Pet is allowed and the fee is 2,000 TL.

 

Kitchen: Villa Sunrise’s kitchen section awaits you with its fully equipped American kitchen concept. Everything you may need has been considered in this modern and stylish kitchen. In addition to kitchenware such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, there are also dinnerware and cooking utensils. In the Villa Sunrise kitchen area, you can easily cook your own special meals and feel the comfort of your home.

 

Living Room: In the modern living room dominated by wooden architecture, there is a comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

 

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathtub, bathroom and toilet.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Sunrise is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of the damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

 

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 12:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests at 16:00.

 

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
