Villa Sunone, Located in Kalkan Barracks Region, ideal for large families and groups of friends, our villa has 7 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 14 people. The villa for rent, located 1 km from the sea, markets, restaurants and entertainment venues, is a special choice. In the garden of our villa, there is a pool, sun loungers, table tennis, sitting corner, dining table and barbecue area where you can have fun with your loved ones. In addition, you can have your meals accompanied by the sunset on the terrace where you can watch the unique sea view of Kalkan without interruption. Spraying and cleaning of our villa is done at regular intervals.

Kitchen : The American kitchen decorated with state-of-the-art equipment includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, water dispenser, kettle, dining table for 14 people, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : The modern and stylishly designed living room has a comfortable seating group, fireplace, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Note : There is a cleaning fee of 2,500 TL for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Sunone is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
