Villa Summery

Villa Summery is a conservative-style holiday villa located in the serene Ulugöl area of Kalkan. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 guests, it offers a modern interior design and a peaceful setting, making it ideal for small families, couples, or groups of friends.

Designed for comfort and privacy, the villa features a fully secluded private pool, providing a relaxing escape from the outside world. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged to meet your holiday needs. For a calm and stylish getaway in nature, Villa Summery is the perfect choice.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and dinnerware.

Living Room: The living room, which is furnished with a luxurious seating group where you can sit comfortably, has satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.40 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Summery is 4.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
