Villa Su Yolu 2

Villa Su Yolu 2, Surrounded by trees, this magnificent nature view villa is offered to our guests who want to spend time with their loved ones, away from the noise of the city. In the garden of our villa, which is sheltered by fences, there is a pool, sun loungers, a seating corner, a swing, a dining table and a barbecue area. There is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms of our villa, which is decorated with modern items. You can rent Villa Su Yolu 2, which is preferred for its clean air and silence, from kalkanvilla.org. Kitchen:  The fully equipped American kitchen, which is just like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room, dominated by brown color tones, includes a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.
 

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi bathroom and toilet. There is access to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is access to the pool terrace.
 

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 2.7 meters x 5.5 meters wide and 1.10 meters deep. Upon request, heating will be turned on for 1000 TL per day.

NOTE: For rentals of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Su Yolu 2 is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
