Villa Su Luxury Duo is located in the peaceful, natural Hacıoğlan area of Kalkan. With two comfortable bedrooms, our villa sleeps four and is an ideal holiday option for honeymooners and small families.

The secluded pool area also offers a suitable setting for discerning guests seeking privacy. A small, stylish and well-maintained garden outside the villa offers the tranquility of nature, while a private jacuzzi adds extra comfort and pleasure to your holiday.

Meticulously designed for guests seeking a secluded, tranquil, and relaxing atmosphere, Villa Su Luxury Duo offers a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

Kitchen: The modern American-style kitchen with wooden cabinets includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, a four-person dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: Designed with modern furnishings and offering natural views, the living room features a seating area, coffee table, television, satellite receiver, and internet access. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom with nightstand, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom with nightstand, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Su Luxury Duo is 5,000 TL. This fee will be collected before check-in and will be refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM for each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can meticulously prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
