Villa Spring

Villa Spring is a 2-bedroom villa with a heated indoor swimming pool for 4 people, located in the Kördere Region of Kalkan, with sea views and nature views. The interior of Villa Spring has been designed in a modern way and all the details have been considered for our guests. It offers a pleasant holiday opportunity for honeymooners and nuclear families.

Kitchen : In the kitchen of the villa; There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, dinner set for 4 people.

Living Room: Villa Spring hall has a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, internet, satellite receiver, dining table, coffee table.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11.20 meters X 3.40 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4.90 meters X 2.70 meters wide, 1.35 meters deep.

Note : There is a short stay fee of 3.000 TL for stays of less than 7 nights.

From 1 October to 31 December, a daily 1.000 TL pool heating fee is required upon request.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Spring is 4.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
