Villa Solin,  1-bedroom villa for rent in the nature, located in Kalkan Kördere Ordu Region, with a capacity of 2 people. The living room and kitchen of our villa are designed in a modern and comfortable way, and with 1 double bed and double jacuzzi in the bedroom, it is prepared for our honeymoon couples and families of 2 people. Villa Solin’s pool terrace is sheltered and provides a pleasant holiday opportunity with its unique nature view with its curtain system in front of the pool.

Kitchen: Casting modernity with its white cabinets, the American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table for 4 people, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which is designed with nature views and modern furniture, has a seating group, coffee table, television, satellite receiver and internet. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 8.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1.500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Solin is 2.500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
