Villa Şirin, This villa located in Akbel, one of the most popular centers of Kalkan, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. It has a remarkable structure with its stone architecture. The interior is decorated with modern furnishings. Villa Şirin, which is in a green area, is frequently preferred by our honeymoon couples, and it has a suitable structure for our nuclear families and conservative families.

Kitchen : The kitchen of our villa, which has an American kitchen, offers electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room : The comfortable living room decorated with modern furniture has a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

A cleaning fee of 1.500 TL is required for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Şirin is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
