Villa Sıla İslamlar, Located in Kalkan Islamlar Village, which is ideal for a peaceful holiday, our villa has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. There is a pool, sun loungers, parasols, sitting corner, dining table and barbecue area in the garden of our villa, which is sheltered by high walls and fences. At the same time, there is a jacuzzi in the tastefully furnished bedroom of our villa. Villa Sıla promises you an unforgettable holiday with its air and view.

Living Room :  The simple and modern living room has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen : The very useful American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

1. Bedroom : One double bedroom has air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink. There is a transition from the bedroom to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom : Two single bedrooms have air conditioning, nightstand, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink. There is a transition from the bedroom to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions : It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Sıla is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
