Villa Şila

Villa Şila is a 2 bedroom villa for 4 people located in the village of Islamlar, Kalkan. Villa Şila was located in nature and prepared with all the details for our guests who want to spend a quiet and calm holiday. With its modern design, it is designed for honeymoon couples and families of 4. The villa has a parent bathroom and jacuzzi. You can have a pleasant time in the private swimming pool and the garden terrace of the villa.

Living Room: There is a seating group, air conditioner, TV and coffee table in the simple design living room. You can go to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa Şila has a modern American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

1st Bedroom: Double suite bedroom has air conditioning, dresser, armchair and wardrobe. There is a private jacuzzi, indoor pool, bathroom and sink.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single suite bedrooms have air conditioning, bedside table, sofa, wardrobe, private bathroom and washbasin.

Pool Dimensions

It is 10 Meters X 4.5 Meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions

It is 1 Meter X 1 Meter wide and 0.30 meters deep.

Pool and Garden: The pool terrace has a nature view and there is a private swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols in the garden.

Note: The last 20 meters of the road to the villa is a stabilized road. The villa has its own private parking lot.

For rentals less than 7 nights, 2.000 TL cleaning fee is required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit required for the villa is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
