Note : A short stay fee of 10.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of TL 20.000 is required before arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. You can, instead of 20.000 TL; You may pay American Dollar, British Pound or Euro in exchange for the current exchange rate.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. Guests departing must depart at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, the villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service is not available. The nearest airport for our guests coming by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will arrive by land and their own vehicles, we can send you location and directions if requested.
