Villa Shifa is located in Kalkan’s Bezirgan Village. Our villa, which is 20 minutes away from Kalkan, has a single storey construction and will start to be rented in May 2021. Located in the middle of greenery and nature, this villa is built in a way that you can find peace and healing, unlike the traditional cramped villa layout. The biggest advantage of this very comfortable villa made of stone and wood is that it is intertwined with nature, as well as having a Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, miniature football goal, badminton / volleyball net, basketball poto and foosball table. You can do your yoga and pilates in the middle of nature.

Surrounded by a tulle pergola in the pool area, where you can always find harmony with the breezes, you will enjoy a wonderful pleasure even in the hottest days of summer.

As a result of the researches, the air of this village is good for asthma and bronchitis.

Kitchen: Simple and spacious Villa Shifa’s modern American kitchen includes microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-hob, electric kettle, set of pots and pans, electric coffee machine, water dispenser, ice. machine, dinnerware for 6 people, spoon and fork set and glasses. It has a dining table and a seating area for 8 people.

Hall: In the modern and comfortably designed living room, there is an air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, sitting group, iron and ironing board, washbasin. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool side. By the pool, there is a comfortable seating group, foosball table, dining table and chair.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom, bathtub, extra jacuzzi and toilet by the window in the room. It opens to the pool part with a view.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 16 meters x 4.30 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: For short stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1.200 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Shifa is 4.000 TL. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
