Kitchen: This section of our private villa, featuring an American-style kitchen, offers everything you need in one place. With its special design, the kitchen includes: The villa includes a refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave oven, toaster, built-in four-burner hob, electric kettle, cutlery, a dining table for four, pots and pans, and water and tea glasses.

Living Room: Our living room offers a comfortable and warm atmosphere where you can fully experience the wooden architecture. Generally, the living room includes air conditioning, TV, satellite receiver, seating group, table and chairs. In short, our villa, which has everything, offers our guests a calm and peaceful holiday.

1st Bedroom: The room has one double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, television and air conditioning. There is a private jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL is charged for rentals shorter than one week.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Seyirtepe is 3,000 TL. This damage deposit is collected before your arrival and refunded upon departure. The deposit refund conditions apply if there is no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: For each villa, the check-in time for new guests is 4 PM and the check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
