Villa Serenity is located in the İslamlar region of Kalkan, known for its peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. With 5 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 10 people, this villa is an ideal holiday option, especially for large families and groups of friends.

The villa’s spacious garden with nature views is equipped with amenities such as a private outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, garden furniture, a dining table, and a barbecue area. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Located just a 20-minute drive from Kalkan center, Villa Serenity is the perfect choice for guests seeking a peaceful holiday away from the city noise.

Kitchen: The fully equipped and spacious American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner built-in hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The spacious and modernly designed living room features comfortable seating, a TV, and air conditioning. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: This room contains 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: This room contains 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: This room contains 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: This room contains 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

5. Bedroom: This room contains 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

NOTE: The villa has 2 portable double beds and 2 portable single beds available for use if needed. This increases the villa’s accommodation capacity to 16 people.

20 meters x 9 meters, 1.40 m x 1.60 m depth.

Jacuzzi Pool:

2.2 meters x 6 meters, 0.90 m depth.

Note: A short-stay fee of 10,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Serenity is 10,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
