Villa Sereni, in Kalkan Kiziltas, is one of our 5-bedroom, infinity pool and large garden properties close to the centre. The villa is particularly suitable for larger families and groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday.

Kitchen: refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner gas stove, electric kettle, microwave, freezer, dining table for 10 persons and kitchen utensils are available.

Living area: living area with sea view, seating group, plasma TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning, washbasin, ironing facilities, dining table for 10 persons and guest toilet.

Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 3: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 5: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

Pool dimensions: 8 m x 4 m, depth 1,60 m.

NOTE :  A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 10.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
