Villa Şen 

Villa Şen is located in the Kalkan İslamlar region and is a holiday accommodation option with magnificent nature and sea views. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people. This villa, which has a stone architecture, has a large garden and there are facilities such as a pool, sun loungers, table tennis, dining table, swing and sitting corner.

There is also a heated indoor pool inside the villa. Thanks to this feature, the villa offers holiday opportunities even in winter months. The villa, which is an ideal option for both couples and nuclear families, is also a suitable choice for conservative guests. The pool terrace is sheltered and not visible from the outside, which provides an additional advantage for your privacy.

The location of our villa is close to markets and restaurants, which means our guests can easily meet their needs. Additionally, facilities such as swings, table tennis and foosball will make your holiday more enjoyable and entertaining. You can have peaceful and enjoyable times in our villa accompanied by bird sounds.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and dinnerware in the spacious and bright American kitchen.

Living Room: The living room, which has a view of the pool and nature, has a sofa set, dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, indoor swimming pool, bathroom and toilet.

3nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 3.5 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 meters x 2 meters, 1.25 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is 900 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Şen is 3000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
