Villa Sempatik offers an ideal holiday option for conservative families, surrounded by nature in the Sarıbelen region of Kalkan. Suitable for smaller groups or families with a capacity of four people, this villa has a private garden and pool, so guests can relax completely isolated from the outside world. Your villa with two bedrooms promises a stylish and comfortable accommodation experience. Its sheltered structure in particular provides a great advantage for those looking for privacy.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will make you feel like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a modern and luxurious design includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Sempatik is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
